If you can stop laughing at the EPIC FAILURE of this guys guitar playing and actually look at his guitar you will either be mesmerized, impressed or a amused….. perhaps all of the above. Featured at this years Maker Faire, Engineer Ben Lewry presented a custom guitar that features an LCD that provides trippy but fun visualizations to go along with each strum. Star Trek Communicator Iphone App
The classic Star Trek communicator has made its way to the itune app store and it is guaranteed to make any old school Star Trek fan “jizz in their pants”. This Application faithfully duplicates the design and features of the classic communicator with its flip cover access and familar sound chirps. Shaking the iphone to the release the flip cover will provide hours of entertainment but you can also use this fun App to make calls. You can reveal the dialing pad at the touch of a button. Note: When you go looking for this make sure you search “Star Radio Communicator”. Apparently the developers are trying to pull a fast one on Paramount.

Wii Nunchuck Controlled Chair
Created for this years Bay Area Maker Faire this battery powered skid-steer bean bag chair is piloted by a Wii Nunchuck controller. I do like orange furniture and I love the wii so for me this looks like alot of fun but the second rider in the video clip does not look amused.
